This week was such a whirlwind, as I look back at the pictures from earlier in the week, they seem like much further in the past than just a few days! We tasted fresh honey (courtesy of our resident bees), we baked (and ate, and served, and cleaned up after) bread. We researched and observed actual living caterpillars. We learned about fractions and how to build an arch. Throw in some parts of the Universe, a few (or in one case, every one in the box) math facts, a decanomial or two, some synonyms, moveable alphabet and cursive writing practice, and a little just "hangin' around", you've got a pretty good window into a week in Lower El at DGS. I'm gonna go take a nap now.
