This week we continued learning about mammals. We explored the parts of a horse and we learned that they are herbivores and can have special shoes!
We learned about the lifecycle of a pumpkin and opened one up to see what's inside! We examined the flesh, the seeds, the stringy fibrous pulp and then we roasted the seeds..yum! The chickens then got a special treat with the pumpkin pieces! We are excited for our trip to the pumpkin patch next week.
We are continuing our exploration of our bones and this morning we did the Hokey Pokey involving our bones and joints...fun!
