It was so great having the class for five consecutive days last week! We jumped into our Reading and Writing units on Argument. The class will be writing a research-based argumentative essay, while also researching two debatable issues, preparing for our Great Debate day.
We also began learning about the American Revolution. Correlating with our study of argument, we began exploring the many viewpoints during the time of the war, from the patriots, to the loyalists, to the British soldiers, as well as King George and George Washington's thoughts.
