Why foster community connection and immerse ourselves in the wider community?
We not only enjoy the practice of giving in the community, but we also know that by giving and participating in the community we are also learning and benefiting from these interactions. Students at all ages benefit from interacting with individuals outside of their immediate circle, and gain perspective about the world we live in.
As part of its mission, Davidson Green School strives to be active participants in the Town of Davidson and surrounding towns, to help and contribute to the community, and to share our philosophy of sustainability and nature connection. We love being contributing members in the community and fostering connections with community organizations and individuals.
