DREAM - PLAN - EXPERIENCE: Middle School ELFT

It all starts with a desire - to experience something new and stretch past what is known and comfortable. The Middle School Extended Learning Field Trip is truly about the journey and culminates with an experience.

Our middle schoolers designed every aspect of their trip, from fundraising, planning travel details, learning objectives, and celebrating their trip's execution.

This year they dreamed-plan-experienced Washington DC. In classic DGS style, we roamed the back roads, dove deep into the powerful museum offerings, and danced by the river as the sun went down.

We are proud of all the hard work that went into creating this experience and delighted in our students' joy, laughter, and learning along the way.
