Lower Elementary February 15-19: Last days of winter? Pretty pretty please?

This week marked our last remote Monday and more bitter, rainy and cold days for in-person learning. The children have been very diligent with their math work and the older children have really enjoyed our editing workshops. We began our study of Georgia O'Keeffe and are continuing our study of Venn Diagrams combined with word study such as homonyms, homographs and homophones.

We celebrated Charlotte's 7th birthday on Tuesday with a sun celebration and a glitter balloon pop! Happy Birthday Charlotte!

Please remember to Zoom in for your conference next week on Wednesday or Thursday! Portfolio Progress Reports will be sent to your inbox over the weekend along with the Zoom link.

Have a safe and restful winter break. Here's hoping spring will be with us March 1.

With endurance and dedication,

Ms. Erin and Ms. Paula
