Sometimes simple reflection is best.
This week we spent time reflecting through intentional, mindful practice. We walked in nature and felt gratitude, we sang together and moved our bodies to connect from within.
We joined our local community in ceremony and honored our veterans. We considered their sacrifices and their struggles with mental health and homelessness. We wrote cards of gratitude to veterans in our families. We learned of ways to give and the importance of service of all kinds.
