We are ending September with exciting events: we opened the porch is open for work, tasted seven different types of apples, received a new Map of the World, and introduced the celebration mat. Many of our friends have memorized our poem, The Sun by John Drinkwater.
In October, we will open the Map of North America, memorize our second poem, Five Little Pumpkins, and study pumpkins and mammals. Everyone has received a lesson for having individual snack on the porch. We will move to individual snack each day except for Wednesdays. October 1st we will celebrate our first birthday as a class using our celebration sun. This month, we will celebrate many birthdays together.
Here are some pictures celebrating our eventful end to September.
