Happy Friday, families of Upper El students!
Thank you for sharing your child with me this week. I LOVE our class! I hope that they enjoyed their first week of school as much as I did.
Please see our attached newsletter with pictures and highlights from our week! Please expect these from me weekly (although sometimes they may come late on Sunday night, versus on Friday afternoons). Please read the parts of our newsletter about Monday’s smoothie extravaganza as well as our first walk to the Davidson Library.
Some students decided to bring in slippers to wear in the classroom. This is a great idea, should their socks become wet. Students aren’t allowed to be barefoot at DGS. Feel free to send in a pair of slippers to remain at school next week!
